Cost for the Risk Ready Check-Up is tiered based on organization budget.
Less than $250k = $1000
Between $250k and $750k = $2500
Between $750k and $1.25M = $3500
More than $1.25M = $5000
We offer project-based and ongoing implementation services for organizations that want support translating recommendations into reality. These might include drafting or updating policies, coordinating internal communications, coaching leadership, or ensuring your systems move from intention to sustainable practice without losing momentum.
In addition to project-based support, we also offer fractional operational leadership - a values-aligned partner who can carry key pieces of implementation over time, without adding internal headcount. This is ideal for organizations navigating change, building internal capacity, or needing expert guidance at key moments.

What we Don’t Do
While we support most general nonprofit compliance and governance areas, there are limits to our scope - for your protection and ours.
We do not provide:
HIPAA or medical record compliance
Licensing/accreditation for health care or residential services
Legal representation or support in IRS disputes
A+ Insight does not provide legal advice or legal services. Our recommendations are informed by best practices and industry standards, but they are not a substitute for legal counsel. We encourage organizations to consult with an attorney when addressing matters with legal or regulatory implications.
Meet Megan
I am a strategist and facilitator with deep experience supporting nonprofit and civic leaders through growth, crisis, and change. My work combines systems thinking, equity-centered practice, and a steady hand in moments of complexity.
With two decades of experience across direct service, executive leadership, and consulting, I bring both practical expertise and a systems-level view to my work. As Executive Director of Building Bridges, I led a multi-year transformation grounded in racial equity and participatory governance. I’ve continued this work in consulting roles with organizations like Joy as Resistance—supporting shared leadership, equitable compensation, and values-aligned operations.
I lead Risk Ready Nonprofits in collaboration with Alyssa and A+ Insight, bringing aligned values and complementary approaches to leadership and organizational development.
My signature service, the Risk Ready Review, helps nonprofits build strong, behind-the-scenes systems that protect and sustain their mission. I also provide implementation support for orgs rolling out strategic plans or change initiatives—especially when it’s time to move from the “big idea” to the actual doing.
